What makes the deals great at AmericanDiscountProperties.com is the fact that our listings come directly from the homeowner through the For Sale by Owner section (FSBO) who have a large list of Handyman Specials, distressed properties. There is no intermediary and no markup, ever. If we find that any of our vendors, sellers or advertisers are acting in a dishonest way, then they will be banned from our site forever, no excuses. We check most of the postings for truthfulness foreclosed the comps they may use however, we ask that you do perform your own due diligence before making any offers. Do your home work.

Most of the postings listed on AmericanDiscountProperties.com are from highly motivated sellers that usually are open to negotiations on their price. Keep in mind that some may not be. However, 95% want to move their property fast. So this makes them a motivated seller. We have listing from Rehabbers that may have purchased a handy man special property at a rock bottom price. Some may call them fixer uppers that may require minimal improvements. They may have done a total rehab on the property, at cost. This is a way for them to increase their Rehablist and Handyman specials. With this market; they need to flip that house fast because flipping houses is all they do. Since our list is more extensive than Rehablist, we have more exposure to America and all over the world.

Last but not least, we have properties that are being sold by Wholesalers who have a large list of wholesale properties. They have done all of the leg work for you. They’ve viewed the property or rental property, and they know what shape the property, or house is in. With today’s market, they know what other properties or homes are selling for in that particular area. The wholesaler usually has a very good idea of how much it will cost to bring certain properties or houses up to full market value.
